FiBL France works on several topics related to organic agriculture:
- Livestock systems and animal health: grazing management, alternatives to chemical anthelmintics, phyto- and aromatherapy, animal welfare;
- Agroforestry: integration of sheep in tree and wine production systems, orchards agroforestry;
- Plants: alternative methods of pest management, developingf tools for detecting diseases in the field, composts and fertilisation;
- Soils: quality and fertility, carbon storage, biodiversity, plant-soil interaction;
- Functional biodiversity.
Our work is fully integrated into a process of adaptation and mitigation of the effects of climate change, which are already evident in our geographical context.
