Whether for advisory and control personnel or for farmers and processors, for people with many years of professional experience, for junior staff or for those interested in getting involved in organic farming - the FiBL Academy offers regular training courses on the topics of sustainable agriculture and food production. In the seminars of the FiBL Academy, we put particular emphasis not only on high professional expertise but also on direct practical relevance and learning from and with each other. The main focus of the seminars lies on the following topics, especially organic farming:

- Promoting young talent
The FiBL Academy currently offers around 80 training events on these topics throughout Germany every year. Participants benefit from the expertise and experience of FiBL's broad network. Frequently, we conduct the seminars together with experts from a wide range of specialist areas.
Our offer varies from one-day or multi-day face-to-face events to online-seminars. This enables us to take the different needs of the target groups into account and to offer complex topics in an adapted scope. Our main concern at every training event remains, to make the personal development in a constructive working atmosphere as pleasant as possible for the participants.
