Staff Committee of FiBL Switzerland

The Staff Committee represents the employees’ interests to the Management Board. It is committed to promoting good working conditions and an exchange between the Management Board and the employees of FiBL. Its main aim is to safeguard the interests and rights of employees in terms of health, economic, social and cultural aspects. By quickly dealing with personnel issues it helps prevent conflicts and promotes a good work environment.

The Staff Committee regularly conducts surveys among employees to assess their satisfaction and support the institute's continuous development process.
