Nationwide trainee programme for graduates of universities and universities of applied sciences "Organic Farming and Food Management Trainee Program"

The Ecological Agriculture and Food Management trainee programme is a one-year training programme consisting of 11 months of on-the-job training in the respective training company and one month of off-the-job training divided into four training modules. FiBL Projekte GmbH is responsible for the conception, organisation and implementation of the trainee programme for up to 25 graduates with a degree. For on-the-job training, the trainees are employed by a company or organisation in the organic sector.
