Community catering can provide an important impetus for sustainable nutrition. Conversely, the purchasing volumes of community catering represent an attractive market for organic and regional food production.
In the Food Lab project, we are bringing together different actors from the canton of Aargau, Switzerland, and creating new networks. On the other hand, the Food Lab is jointly developing specific measures for the marketing of organic and regional products in communal catering.
In 2024, these measures will be implemented in a pilot project to test their feasibility and evaluated by the Food Lab participants.
