The project puts a stop to the decline of organic fruit production from ecologically sound standard tree cultivation. All consulting tools insuring an economically and ecologically sustainable organic high-stem cultivation are being completed and updated, as the project's basis for a great leverage effect. The project's research focus lies with the reconstruction of a sustainably successful organic standard pear production.
