The project "LandShift" tackles climate change, biodiversity loss, and unsustainable land use in the EU. By integrating advanced tools and nature-based solutions aligned with the New European Bauhaus (NEB), the project aims to reduce biogenic emissions, boost carbon sequestration, and enhance ecosystem resilience. The New European Bauhaus is a policy and funding initiative and combines sustainability, aesthetics, and inclusion to create liveable and eco-friendly spaces with local participation and tailored solutions.
Through data-driven strategies, robust monitoring systems, and stakeholder engagement, "LandShift" empowers communities, policymakers, and land managers to drive sustainable practices and achieve EU climate goals.
