At this premiere edition of the Organics Europe Youth Event, we will explore the central theme: "Organic and You(th) – Together for sustainable food systems." The full program is now available on the website listed below. Here is a short preview:
- Panel discussion on how we can build sustainable food systems. In this session actors form various parts of the organic sector will discuss transformation steps and the role of organic and youth within this development.
- Inspirational Hour: a session where entrepreneurs, farmers, and activists from all over Europe pitch their innovative company, project, or organisation in organic production.
- Discussion sessions for participants to talk about a selection of sustainability challenges for the organic food system and create new ideas on how to overcome these.
- The event will host a range of overnight excursions on topics such as "Chances and challenges of agroforestry systems" and "Taste the Waste: Reducing food waste and creating circular food systems." Reserve your excursions spot in the registration portal!
