It is well known that in organic agriculture, research and experimentation, particularly from the producers side, play a fundamental roll on the development of organic methodologies and social productive impact. Aware of such contribution since 2003 different organisations (PNAO Costa Rica, INCA Cuba; UNA Nicaragua, Organic Sector Guatemala, AOPEB Bolivia, CLUSA El Salvador, ANPE Peru and FIBL) have organized meetings of producers and researchers to interchange experiences and knowledge in Mesoamerican and the Caribbean region.
