The aim of this expert mission is to assess the feasibility of converting AgroDairy farms to organic production to supply the domestic market. AgroDairy is one of the leading agricultural companies in Azerbaijan.
Through field visits, expert assessments and meetings with key stakeholders, we will analyse soil and climate conditions, existing farming techniques, infrastructure and market potential. The project will provide a clear roadmap for a tailored and effective organic farming strategy.
