The greenhouse gas potential of soybean meal and soybean oil is calculated in two variants. One is based on ISO 14040/14044 and the other on the specifications of the ISCC, taking into account the document "ISCC EU 205 Greenhouse Gas Emissions".
The calculation for processing at the BAG site in accordance with ISCC is based on primary data. For the other sections of the scope of the study (primary production, transport), default values are used in accordance with the ISCC methodology.
In the ISO 14040/14044 method, models or already available data sets from DONAUSOJA are used for the sections (primary production and transport). Data from processing is recorded on the basis of primary data.
