Development of modules for the further development of large outdoor trade fairs on farms using the example of the organic field days

Abstract

The aim of the project is, using the example of the organic field days:

  • carry out a evaluation in order to put target group addressing, program design and implementation to the test
  • carry out a target group analysis in order to improve certain target group approaches and to identify potential for the further development of outdoor trade fairs
  • to develop a sustainability concept for large specialist events on farms.

With this basis, major events such as the organic field days can be better tailored to the needs of the defined people and the planning and the offer of this event can be better adapted to the identified target groups.
