Description

Studies have shown that food repeatedly contains residues of chemicals from packaging materials. Organic foods are also affected. This leaflet shows which substances have been found so far and which health risks exist. The publication is aimed at all manufacturers of organic food and gives recommendations on how to avoid residues.
