Prilika Plus Program is financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and implemented by a consortium consisting of the Republic Agency for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Serbska (RARS) and the Regional Development Agency for Herzegovina (REDAH). The main purpose of the program is to develop and introduce innovations within the sector of informal education in order to improve compliance of knowledge and skills of workers with the needs of companies.
