The proceedings of the first EISFOM* seminar held in Berlin in April 2004 include more than 50 papers, covering aspects of organic farming related to farm structures and production; to farm incomes and prices; to the supply chain and trade; to retailers and consumers: to supply balances and policy evaluation.
